Good Governance Matters
A co-op's success is determined by its governance. This unique course will introduce you to the foundational concepts that underpin a co-op's governance and its success. Using real examples, we'll uncover what practices lead to a co-op's success or failure.
This course will be led by 3 experts in co-op governance:
- Kyle White, Director of Education at Co-operatives First
- Dionne Pohler, Co-op Retailing System Chair in Co-operative Governance, Edwards School of Business, University of Saskatchewan
- Marc-André Pigeon, Director of the Canadian Centre for the Study of Co-operatives, University of Saskatchewan.
